Biography
Dr. Umer Zahid is an Associate Professor in the Chemical Engineering Department. He received his Ph.D. degree in Chemical Engineering from the Seoul National University, South Korea, in 2015 in the area of Chemical engineering with a specialization in Process System Engineering. Core methods and techniques include conceptual design, process simulation, equipment design, process dynamics, and process safety. His research is focused on green fuels for the process industry, clean energy and environment, design integration, advanced power systems, and sustainability.
