Biography

Dr. Nabeel S. Abo-Ghander serves as an Assistant Professor in Chemical Engineering at King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals (KFUPM). Holding a Ph.D. from the University of British Columbia, his expertise lies in reactor design, mathematical modelling, and optimization. His professional journey includes roles as a lecturer and graduate assistant at KFUPM and a summer traineeship at SAMREF. A recognized scholar, Dr. Abo-Ghander has contributed to peer-reviewed journals and holds a patent in waste stream metal recovery. He is proficient in computational tools such as Fortran, C++, and Matlab, and encourages students to utilize these in their academic work.
