Dr. Nadhir A. Al-Baghli is a seasoned academic and researcher based at King Fahad University of Petroleum & Minerals (KFUPM) in Dhahran, KSA. He holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering and Petroleum Refining from Colorado School of Mines, USA. With over two decades of experience, Dr. Al-Baghli specializes in gas absorption with chemical reaction and reaction adsorptive separation. He has been instrumental in the faculty of Chemical Engineering at KFUPM, also serving as the Director of the Student Exchange Program. His research portfolio includes client-funded projects with Saudi Aramco and university-funded projects on diverse topics like UV degradation kinetics and sour-natural gas sweetening. Dr. Al-Baghli has also contributed to over 15 peer-reviewed journals and holds two U.S. patents. A recipient of multiple awards for service and advising, he remains committed to elevating educational standards and addressing key industry challenges.
